With more than 30 years in the metal fabrication industry at ADM Custom Metal Fabrication, we have established agile strategies for producing high quality products within narrow timelines. We manufactured the steel power troughs pictured here for a customer in the office furniture industry. Constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled steel, the precision accuracy of our 130 ton Trumpf press brake and fast linear cutting speeds of our Amada laser enabled us to complete 200 units rapidly and within ± 0.015" tolerances. When completed, they featured finished dimensions of 20" in length x 6" in depth x 5" in height, and we applied a silver powder coated finish to provide the appropriate visual appeal for a professional office environment.

From fabrication and finishing to quality inspection and shipment, we completed this project within a two week time frame.
