At ADM, we provide premium quality sheet metal fabrication for a variety of customers. This audio/video conference control center enclosure was fabricated for an audio visual equipment rack mount manufacturer. The enclosure measures 48” in length, 44” in height, and is 34” deep. It is made up of 14 and 16 gauge cold rolled steel that was powder coated after fabrication. The front doors shown hinge open and slide into pockets when the equipment is in use. A roll top front is lockable for security and recedes into the back of the cabinet for storage.

To ensure all of these mechanisms function smoothly it was essential that all parts be cut, punched, and welded accurately. This required holding dimensional tolerances as tight as ±.015” in critical areas. We employ a number of automated, CNC, and manual fabrication systems to create high quality custom fabrications with maximum efficiency. No equipment provides a one size fits all solution so we maintain a variety of punching, shearing, and forming equipment that allows us to economically produce a myriad of product types and sizes. A total of 25 enclosures were manufactured for this project with a lead time of 5 weeks.
