ADM Custom Metal Fabrication takes pride in the manufacturing service we provide for our customers, maintaining a tradition of quality since 1983. Our facility is well known for its customer service, current CNC machine technology, and quality sheet metal fabrication. We provide precision sheet metal manufacturing and prototypes using a wide range of processes, including CNC punching, CNC laser cutting and CNC forming. Additional services include hardware insertion, saw cutting, milling, rolling, and welding. Our sophisticated equipment features automation capabilities in CNC punching, utilizing automatic sheet load /unload technology, and in production welding with a CNC robotic welding cell.
The following is a sample of the up-to-date machinery at ADM; we have an Amada 2500 watt laser; a 20-ton Trumpf TC 2020 FMC CNC punch; a Trumpf Trumabend 3’ 30-ton precision electric press brake with CNC gauging; and a Motoman Robotic Welding Cell. Other machine capabilities we employ include shearing, time save sanding, polishing, graining, spot welding, MIG & TIG welding, drilling and tapping.
We fabricate metal products in both sheet and structural steel. Stainless steel, aluminum alloys, carbon steel, copper, and brass, are materials processed at our facility. Fabricated sheet metal parts range from 28 gauge to ½” thick with forming capabilities to 10’ long. From prototypes to large production runs, our facility delivers with fast lead times that typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, with rush services available.
